How to perform a batch validation

Use batch validation when you want to validate several VAT numbers at once.

Create a batch validation

Go to Validation in the menu.

Select Batch validation .

Download the CSV template and fill it with the VAT numbers you want to validate. Make sure the information is placed correctly in the CSV file.

Save the CSV file and upload it to VATlified.

Then click “Validate”.

Batch validation results

When the validation is complete, you get an overview of:

  • Number of valid VAT numbers
  • Number of invalid VAT numbers
