Terms and Conditions for VATlified

1. General

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply between VATlified and you as a user of our platform. By creating an account or using our service, you accept these Terms.

VATlified is a software service that offers automated VAT number validation and secure storage of validation results.

2. User and Account Creation

To use VATlified, you must create a user and account profile.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you enter is accurate and up to date.

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials. Any misuse of the account must be reported to VATlified immediately.

3. Payment and Subscription

VATlified is a paid service, and payment is made according to the selected subscription model.

Payment is invoiced according to the selected plan and period, for example monthly or annually.

Payment must be made on time to maintain access to the service.

VATlified reserves the right to suspend or close accounts in the event of non-payment.

4. Prices and Changes

Prices are stated on VATlified's website.

VATlified may change prices with at least 30 days' notice to users.

Changes will take effect at the next payment period following notice.

5. Use of the Service

VATlified may only be used for lawful purposes, including VAT number validation and storage of results.

Misuse of the platform, including attempts at unauthorized access, data manipulation, or other unlawful actions, is prohibited.

VATlified reserves the right to suspend or close accounts if these rules are violated.

6. Limitation of Liability

VATlified strives to provide accurate and reliable validation results.

VATlified cannot guarantee that data will always be error-free or available without interruption.

VATlified is not liable for losses, indirect damages, or financial consequences that may arise from using the service.

7. Termination and Expiry

You may terminate your subscription at the end of the current payment period.

VATlified may terminate subscriptions with appropriate notice, for example in the event of a breach of the Terms.

Upon termination, access to the platform and historical data will be closed unless otherwise agreed.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

VATlified owns all rights to the platform, including software, design, content, and databases.

The user is granted only a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform in accordance with these Terms.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Danish law.

Disputes must first be sought resolved amicably and may ultimately be brought before the Danish courts.
